History

Mountain View Adventist College was established in 1968 by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Mountain View Adventist College is a co-educational private college that caters for Pre-Kindy through to Year 12.

The institution began as a two-room primary school, extending to cater for Years 7 and 8 in 1983 and Year 10 by 1985. Year 11 commenced in 1998 followed by Year 12 in 1999. By 2002 the College began a Pre-kindy class to cater for the educational needs of 4 year olds.

In 2007 the beginning of a successful Middle school program commenced, that catered for our students in Years 5 – 8, alleviating the pressure that young students are faced with caused by the transition from Primary to High School.

The overall program is administered by the College Council, which is a representative of the Seventh-day Adventist churches in the Western Sydney region.
